安装BREW程序遇到的问题

在教程http://mobile.0110.cn/viewthread.php?tid=359820&extra=page%3D1中看到了可以自己安装brew程序，于是想尝试 一下
但是每次进行到（2）“按d代表下载cefs到c盘根目录下.C:\CEFS.MBN”这一步的时候按D程序就回到开始（1）去了，始终下载不了CEFS.MBN文件
请问下谁知道到底是哪里出现了问题呢？？
原本以为是中文版本的问题，但是我把机器刷成了英文的还是有这个问题~~~
