What is Map file ?
Map是什么?
Contains some blocks of EEPROM, mostly operator settings
是 eeprom的某些块, 大部分是用户的设置.

What's the difference betwin the map file and the eeprom file ?
map和eeprom的区别是什么?
Map is only a part of EEPROM. So you don't need to change Battery config, LCD Contrast....you won't change very importent informations
map仅仅是eeprom的其中一部分, (如仅更新map的话),不会更新电参,液晶显示对比度,即不会改变某些非常重要的信息. ( 比如,电参是极其重要- by watercool)

What is the partial flash ?
Only small part of Firmware. Used to patch SW (tune SW), change language....

full flash ?
fullflash 是?
Contains all, EEPROM, Bootcore and Firmware.
含所有, eeprom+bootcore+firmware+(ffs)

When I can flash the phone with full or partial flash ?
When you are able to access the phone.

What is the difference betwin the firmware and the flash file?
I think you mean firmware updates.
Updates, which inludes only firmware (yeah, cool explination, but I don't know how to do it better ). So no EEPROM and no Bootcore.
If you change EEPROM you will probable get problems like no screen (only blue) or bad battery capacity.
If you will kill Bootcore you aren't able to access the phone untill you make a new boot way.

我理解这里的operator settings是指“运营商的设置”，如2楼提到的上网、彩信等参数设置。
