我的西门子2118解锁经历，其他西门子手机估计也可照办

我的西门子2118是02年买的，用到现在已经算古董级了。不知道什么时候设了“据用其他sim卡”，然后又把手机密码给忘了，重试3次后手机密码给锁定了。这样就只能用当初那张sim卡了，其他sim卡就不能用了。以下是我的解锁经历，希望对大家有用。

首先是打电话给中国西门子客服，是个4008开头的免费电话，具体我忘了，网上可以查得到的。现在西门子被明基收购了，其实就是明基西门子的客服。我告诉客服小姐说我在上海，想要解锁码，被告知不能提供，她让我到当地的西门子维修点去解锁，然后告诉了我一堆维修点地址和电话。我选了2家，打电话过去都说要30rmb才能解锁。其实他们给你解锁也就是给你刷机，没必要，还不如买更数据线自己弄那。

然后我就在网上查，偶尔查到某个论坛上说可以联系北美的西门子客服，我觉得有戏，就按他的思路去试了。我先上benq-siemens的客服页面，在里面找到了一个可以提交问题的页面，把我的姓名，手机IMEI号，地址（我写的是US），手机被锁这个问题填了进去提交。其实这个页面的功能就是发了一份email到support@benqmobile.com，找不到这个网页的朋友可以直接发email到上面的地址，估计效果是一样的。email里面写"My phonecode has been locked, could plz help me with that! My IMEI is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX"估计就可以了。发完email第二天就受到了北美客服的回复。回复email如下：

Dear Mr. ,
  Thank you for contacting Siemens Customer Care North American Division. I would like to thank you for your trust and support by inquiring about a Siemens phone. I will be glad to assist you.

  I understand that you have locked your Siemens phone and you would like for Siemens North American Division to provide you with a code that will unlock the phone.

  I'm sorry but for security reasons phone codes can not be requested or provided via e-mail. If you live in the US or Canada, please contact the number below and a live agent will assist you. Siemens is able to provide a master phone code within 24-48 hours that will reset the phonecode.
If you live outside of North America, you will need to contact the technical support of the country where you live. These numbers are located in the back of your instruction manual.

  I hope this has brought resolution to your issue and that I was able to be of assistance. Your case number is XXXXX. There is no further information available about this subject via e-mail here at Siemens Customer Care North American Division.

信里面说出于安全考虑不能在email中提供手机解锁码（master phone code），但如果你住在美国或者加拿大的话能打888-777-0211这个电话得到解锁码。我看了这份email就觉得有戏，然后msn联系了我在加拿大的老姐，让她帮我打这个电话。果然第二天我就收到了我姐email给我的解锁码，格式是*#0003*XXXXXXXX#。X代表一个数字。

收到解锁码开始解锁（这个过程也不顺利）。我先是在插着原来那张可以用的sim卡的情况下输入解锁码的，试了好几次都没用，还是说手机密码已锁定。后来拔掉sim卡，在没卡的情况下开机，输入解锁码，等了一分钟说手机密码已删除，至此解锁成功。

好了上面罗里罗嗦说了一堆，总结一下解锁全步骤：想办法(在美加的同学啊，亲戚，或者自己打也行)在Monday through Friday from 9AM until 6PM Central Time打电话给888-777-0211，报给北美客服你手机IMEI号（手机开机下输入*#06#得到），得到解锁码，不插sim卡开机后输入解锁码，等待然后解锁成功。
