need SX1 memory dump

Hi all
I am making some patches, and I would need some information about the memory in the SX1.
In fact, what I need is a dump of its memory. I already got the Full Backup (Fubu) that takes 8 Mb, but I also
need the RAM memory. I think it might take 12 Mb, and can be read with TestPoint and Freia.
Also need the code chunk for RAM loaded processes, that always appears at: 0x20000000
I can read the ROM code at 0x50000000
The code at 0x80000000 I can not read because no process has permissions, but I might fix it.

i can read FF from sx1 for you. But, please, say straight, from what offsets?
As you wrote upper -
1. from 0x20000000 to... ? (is it possible to read it?  it's decimally 536 870 912 ..  )
2. from 0x50000000 to ?
3. and from 0x80000000 to ?

FREIA can read from sx - from 0x800000 to 0xffffff (segment 8MB - 16 MB)

How would you like to read open sx's RAM? You know, to use FREIA, phone must be turned off..
And the last - so, if you have TP, how troubles have appear, that you could not done it ?

Maybe i'm completelly wrong or i completelly didn't understand you.

Thanks a lot for the offer.
I didn't know that FREIA need the phone switched off. Is there a way to read when it is ON ?
With SiemensS45 I can do that using SiemensDebugger.

This information comes from Symbian documentation (search for Virtual machine model) :
Home Section: 0x80000000-0xFFFFFFFF
ROM: 0x50000000-0x5FFFFFFF . I can read using a program inside the mobile.
Loaded processes: 0x20000000
It seems that these are for a switch-on phone.
Then I need to make another program to read the memory when it is on-line.

But the Freia will also be helpfull, thank for the offer. I don't have a TestPoint, that is my problem.
