not been stolen or that the handset is not trying to be unlocked by an
unauthorised user, therefore we require proof of ownership before we can
generate the unblocking code. We can accept the following forms of proof:
1) Proof of purchase OR a receipt
2) Proof of Network Registration from a valid Network in the UK
This proof will need to be faxed to (+44) 02077440099 and must include your
reference number. Your reference number is 1-XU435. Once this has been faxed
you
will need to call us in 24 hours on 0906 959 7500 to recieve the code.
