Question:问题 My phone doesn't boot/turns on. I see the eye screen for a few seconds and then it turns off. It cannot even charge giving me a system error.

If none of the above works then you have to format your phone memory by pressing the * and # keys while turning it on, as mentioned above. If still nothing happens then you have to sent it to your nearest Siemens Service Center.
