As I understand from your email, the phonecode of your SX1is locked. Please be informed that we offer one-year warranty for our product. If your phone is bought in Hong Kong you can get the unlocked code from Siemens Customer Care Center for free in warranty. Please bring your phone together with the invoice or the package to CSC. If the phone is out of warranty you will be charged $150. If your phone is not bought in Hong Kong, we suggest you contact the Siemens Customer Care Center where you bought it.

The Customer Service Centre is located at Room709, Tai Yau Building, 181 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Repair Hotline: +852-2111-1878. The office open hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Mondays to Fridays,             10:00am to 2:00pm. on Saturday and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

For further enquiry, please feel free to contact us again as our customer care representatives are ready to assist you. Alternatively, you may like to contact us at (+852) 28611118.  Customer care hotline is open from Mondays through Fridays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
