读卡问题

用读卡器已经读出一张卡,但是读另外的卡时,出现如下问题,不知道怎么解决,请高手指点~~

用sim-scan出现
get chv(pin1) error

我将pin1改成1234,0000都有这样的错误,而且没有设置开机pin1码.

我的卡用puk1解过一次
