使用西客站里的CC-MONITOR我发现我的手机general是A200.而有人的是A100，
1,我查了是highspeed，大家知道YES意味什么
CC-MONITOR里有这样的话
highspeed:feature of newer SIM cards.the mobile can speed with SIM cards,communicate with higher speed with the SIMcards,
是YES费电好，还是NO ，
2,如何可以改A200为A100
3,而且，A100有Detected problems :the numberof lost connections caused by RACH failures is unusual high ,maybe the mobile has sa hardware problem.
大家知道RACH是指什么吗，我的3618就是A100
